From the beginning, TCHO has set out to make the best chocolate in the world and do it in a way that actually makes the world a better place. So they treat their growers fairly and source ethically. TCHO does it because it’s the right thing to do. And because it results in better chocolate. And that puts a smile on everyone’s face. Their hard work has paid off. In 2012 they won "Best milk chocolate in all of the Western Hemisphere" and have picked up International Chocolate Awards- Cacao (Gold Medal) & Classic (Silver).

Purveyor Dinner: Water2Table Fish Co.

This month we feature Water2Table Fish Co. in our series of monthly purveyor dinners.

The main focus of Water2Table is to buy local hook & line fish directly from local fisherman. Their local hook & line fish comprises about 70% of their business from the months of May to November. The most common local fish Water2Table deliver includes White Seabass, Halibut, King Salmon, Petrale, Sand Dabs, Day Boat Albacore, Ling Cod, small inshore Rock Cod, Vermillion, Chili Pepper Rock Cod and Black Cod. They receive Dungeness crab, hand dip-net Squid, Herring, Sardines, Grass Shrimp, Local Octopus, Smelt and Skate throughout the year and in the winter.
