The Chefs do it again! Here is the menu for the mushroom dinner.
May Purveyor Dinner
King of Mushrooms
Continuing our third Wednesday monthly purveyor dinners, we are excited to feature King of Mushrooms on May 17.
King of Mushrooms strives to provide excellent customer service, aggressive pricing, and the best quality products available. They believe that quality starts in the field, and so King of Mushrooms only works with the most highly skilled and experienced harvesters. Years of experience has enabled King of Mushrooms to develop a selective eye and skills that allow them to work well with the harvesters and to pick in a way that is both sustainable and mindful or the environment.
Join us May 17th for a four-course meal featuring mushrooms. Make your reservation early.
We continue to showcase our purveyor relationships through our ongoing third Wednesday monthly dinners featuring a different purveyor each month. This month we will feature our friends Scribe wine.
Andrew and Adam, at Scribe, believe that the best wines are a result of a healthy relationship between man and nature and that a vineyard managed in harmony with the greater ecosystem results in more site-specific wines that represent a sense of time and place.
Join us April 19th for a four-course meal featuring this fantastic winery.
We will pour:
2014 Sparkling Chardonnay
2016 Rose of Pinot Noir
2013 "Estate" Chardonnay vs 2015 Skin Fermented Chardonnay
2015 Carneros Pinot Noir vs 2016 St Laurent
2016 Riesling Pet Nat
Wine pairings are optional, but, honestly, why come to a wine dinner and not have them!
Reserve your table on our website.
Chefs Ferrari and Sutton have created a menu featuring Liberty Farms Duck for this month's purveyor dinner and Sommelier Austin Ferrari has selected some beautiful wines to pair with each course. You don't want to miss out on this popular evening. Make your reservation before we fill up.
Our monthly producer dinners are back!
This month we are hosting Jim Reichardt of Liberty Farms. Jim has been a very dear friend of ours and we have always used his product on our menu, even when we were just a pop-up. We will feature a four-course duck only menu with an optional beverage pairing.
Food will be $68 and the optional beverage pairing is $39 per person. Make your reservation soon.
