Our purveyor dinner is back, this month we are partnering with Weirauch Farm and Creamery to highlight their fantastic products. Hope you'll join us.
Bison, Rabbit, Venison, and Beer…oh my!
Yes, you read that right, it’s time for our Wild Game Dinner! This month’s special dinner features a little bit of everything. We have bison, trout, rabbit, venison, and pork fat frosting.
In addition, we’re doing things a little differently this month and will be featuring beers. Don’t worry, if you don’t enjoy beer, we’ve got you covered with our wine list.
With the recent heatwave, it's difficult to believe autumn is right around the corner. The beginning of autumn is one of the most delicious times of year as there are so many incredible fresh-harvested fruits and vegetables available to fill up your dinner table. Eating locally is fabulous in fall, and we’re sharing some of our favorites.
“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” ― Charles M. Schulz
If you love chocolate as much as we do (and let's face it, if you're getting this email, we know you do), then you're really going to be pleased with our next purveyor dinner. Join us August 16 when we feature TCHO Chocolate.
From the beginning, TCHO has set out to make the best chocolate in the world and do it in a way that actually makes the world a better place. So they treat their growers fairly and source ethically. TCHO does it because it’s the right thing to do. And because it results in better chocolate. And that puts a smile on everyone’s face. Their hard work has paid off. In 2012 they won "Best milk chocolate in all of the Western Hemisphere" and have picked up International Chocolate Awards- Cacao (Gold Medal) & Classic (Silver).
We say this often, but you really don't want to miss this dinner on August 16th.
This month we feature Water2Table Fish Co. in our series of monthly purveyor dinners.
